    Two weeks on South Georgia

    As I sit in the doorway of my tent on a hillock overlooking the incredible view of Fortuna bay, I am reminiscing over the past two weeks and what I have seen, done and learnt.

    Our approach to a mist laden South Georgia had ensured that the island’s rugged peaks had only slowly revealed themselves. However, now we were ashore and staying in Husvik, we were afforded the opportunity of getting in amongst these mountains.
